For love of coffee and desserts, check out Caffè Bene

There is a coffee shop in almost every corner of the metro and almost every single one of them is packed. At any given time of day (or night) you will see yuppies getting a caffeine fix, students cramming for exams, executives having a meeting, and there are those like myself that squat for hours beside the nearest power source and working online.

Korean-owned Caffè Bene enters this scene with branches at Eastwood Citywalk, SMX Convention Center in MOA, Bancorp Center in Valero, SM Paranaque and SM Clark. Designed with classic European interiors and cozy lighting, Caffè Bene is fast becoming the preferred place for those intimate meetings, study sessions and the perfect backdrop for your selfies and artsy food shots.

Speaking of food, Caffè Bene also offers a wide array of sinful indulgence that are usually absent in other coffee shops. They have a selection of honey breads, mouthwatering waffles, iced parfait and mocktails for kids, and even gelato which was the main reason why we checked out the place.

Caffè Bene is set to open even more branches in the metro. We checked it out to see what the fuss is about and we think that we may have found a new favourite hangout spot in Eastwood.
