Based on the film that bagged the Urian Best Actress award for Jacklyn Jose, international actress Marife Necessito (Mammoth) plays Jacklyn - an aging prostitute hired to give an innocent boy his initiation to the adult world. Rejected by the kids that hired her because of her age, we follow Jacklyn's journey into the night that eventually leads her to cross paths again with the longing boy.
Sarong Banggi is adapted for the stage and directed by Archie del Mundo. It opens on April 26, 2012, 9PM at Music Box Comedy Bar, Timog Ave., Quezon City.
